Daley Outdoor Services – Service Terms & Property Policies

Service Authorization

By scheduling and purchasing services from Daley Outdoor Services through our website or any booking platform, the customer authorizes Daley Outdoor Services, its employees, and contractors to enter the designated property to perform the requested landscaping and outdoor services.

The customer confirms they are the property owner or an authorized representative with full permission to approve services.

Property Access & Preparation

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the property on the scheduled service date, including unlocked gates and removal of obstacles, vehicles, or personal items.

If access is restricted or unavailable, the service may be considered completed and charged in full.

Disclosure of Property Conditions & Hazards

Customers must disclose any known property conditions or hazards prior to service, including but not limited to:

  • Underground utilities, irrigation lines, sprinkler heads, or drainage systems

  • Septic systems or shallow utility lines

  • Hidden debris, rocks, tree roots, or unstable ground

  • Pets, animals, or aggressive behavior risks

  • Weak fencing, edging, or landscape structures

Daley Outdoor Services is not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed or unmarked conditions.

Underground Utilities & Irrigation Systems

Customers are solely responsible for identifying and clearly marking all underground utilities, sprinkler systems, wiring, and lines prior to service.

Daley Outdoor Services assumes no liability for damage to unmarked or improperly marked systems.

Pre-Existing Damage Disclaimer

Daley Outdoor Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage to lawns, turf, soil, landscaping, edging, irrigation systems, fencing, concrete, pavers, driveways, walkways, or structures.

Minor or incidental damage may occur as a natural part of landscaping and outdoor maintenance work. By booking service, the customer accepts this risk.

Weather & Environmental Conditions

All services are subject to weather and environmental conditions. Daley Outdoor Services reserves the right to reschedule services due to rain, excessive heat, unsafe ground conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Weather-related changes to lawn appearance or landscaping results do not qualify for refunds or disputes.

Service Results Disclaimer

While Daley Outdoor Services performs all work professionally, results are not guaranteed, as landscaping outcomes depend on factors such as soil condition, weather, existing lawn health, irrigation, and property maintenance.

Customer dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for refunds.

Customer Safety & Liability

Customers, guests, children, and pets must maintain a safe distance from equipment and active work areas during service.

Daley Outdoor Services is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines or interference with work operations.

Damage Claims

Any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion and include photo documentation. Claims reported after this timeframe will not be considered.

Approved claims may result in repair or replacement at the company’s discretion only. No refunds will be issued.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Rescheduling

Customers must cancel or reschedule services within the timeframe stated at booking. Failure to do so may result in partial or full charges.

No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged in full.

Indemnification & Hold Harmless

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Daley Outdoor Services, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from:

  • Undisclosed hazards or unsafe property conditions

  • Customer negligence or misrepresentation

  • Interference by third parties, pets, or guests

Policy Acceptance

By booking services, submitting payment, or allowing work to be performed on the property, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all Daley Outdoor Services policies listed on this website.

Daley Outdoor Services reserves the right to update policies at any time without prior notice.

Store & Website Policies

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items purchased through our website or any merchandise, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, promotional items, or limited-edition products.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before submitting payment. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, colors, quantities, or shipping information entered by the customer. Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence of the issue.
Approved cases may result in a replacement only, at our discretion. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Failure to report issues within the stated timeframe will void eligibility for review.

Shipping Policy

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and secure delivery address.

Merchandise Disclaimer

All merchandise is sold “as is.” Colors, sizing, and materials may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes and screen displays. These variations do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will be challenged with documented proof of purchase and delivery. Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may be banned from future purchases.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and merchandise sold on this website are the exclusive property of the business and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
